Disclaimer

Important notes about third-party service providers, the limits of our coordination role, and the absence of professional advice.

1. The role of Hulp

Hulp coordinates — it does not employ — third-party service providers. When your Personal Assistant ("PA") arranges, books, or coordinates a service for you (for example, a cook, maid, driver, plumber, doctor, school, airline, hotel, restaurant, e-commerce platform, or payment processor), the underlying service is delivered by an independent third party under its own contract with you.

Hulp is operated by Secret Terry Private Limited as a coordination and assistance service. We are not the principal supplier of any third-party service.

2. No guarantee of third-party outcomes

Hulp does not guarantee any of the following with respect to a third-party service:

• Quality, availability, timeliness, conduct, or behaviour of the third-party provider.
• Accuracy of prices, schedules, inventory, or specifications quoted by the third party.
• Completion of the underlying transaction (for example, confirmation of a flight booking, successful repair, delivery of an order).
• Outcomes that depend on factors outside Hulp's control (such as weather, force majeure, supplier shortages, regulatory changes, or platform downtime).

Any dispute regarding a third-party service should be raised directly with that third party in the first instance. Your PA will assist you in raising and tracking the dispute. See our Terms of Service, section 5.

3. Not medical, legal, financial, or tax advice

Information, suggestions, or coordination provided through the Service — including by your PA — are for general informational and coordination purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as:

• Medical advice — including diagnosis, treatment, dosage, or fitness recommendations. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health concerns.
• Legal advice — always consult a qualified advocate for legal matters.
• Financial or tax advice — always consult a qualified chartered accountant or financial advisor for investment, tax, or insurance decisions.
• Investment or insurance recommendations — any reference to a product or scheme is informational only and is not a solicitation or recommendation.

4. Household staff

Where your PA helps you coordinate with household staff (cook, maid, driver, etc.):

• Hulp does not employ, supervise, vet, or background-check household staff unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific feature.
• You remain the employer of your household staff, with all corresponding rights and responsibilities under applicable law.
• Hulp is not liable for the conduct, performance, attendance, or actions of any household staff member.

5. Travel, bookings, and third-party platforms

Flight, hotel, train, restaurant, and similar bookings arranged through the Service are made on third-party platforms. The traveller (you and your family) must comply with the third-party platform's own terms, the carrier's conditions of carriage, visa and identification rules, and any applicable government regulations. Hulp is not liable for denied boarding, cancellations, schedule changes, or other outcomes attributable to the third party or to factors outside our control.

6. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep information on our website and in the Service accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all information is complete or current. Pricing, plans, service categories, and features may change without notice. Where there is a conflict between marketing copy and the operative legal pages (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, this Disclaimer, and the Refund Policy), the legal pages prevail.

7. External links

Our website and the Service may include links to third-party websites or platforms. Hulp is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external website. Following an external link is at your own risk.

8. Forward-looking statements

Statements about future features, geographic expansion, launch dates, or business plans (including those on our website and in our marketing communications) are forward-looking and may change. They are not a commitment to deliver any specific feature or service by any specific date.

9. Limitation of liability

Hulp's overall liability is subject to the limits set out in section 10 of our Terms of Service. This Disclaimer should be read together with those Terms.
